Catching the projectile mobile, Rache glanced toward Alexis, his brow furrowing slightly. The kid didn't look... Well.

"We'll find a motel or something. Something small." He offered, looking over toward Mitch for his input. Small was always good, though larger would probably have better security. Shrugging it off, he climbed back into the car, glancing back at Alexis a moment before gesturing for Mitch to get in and drive already.

"Just try and rest 'till we get to wherever we're gong, Alexis." Rache commented over his shoulder, buckling up and sliding down in his seat again.

"Just sleep for now, midget. We will wake you when we stop and then we will do a injury check off." Getting back into the car, the giant blond turned off the highway the closer they got to the city, driving for another few hours until he stopped at a small motel, a few other cars parked in the car park and a woman with a huge duffle bag waiting at the after hours reception window, sitting on the bench just beside it.

Pulling the brake on and eyeing off the woman, she just got up and left, leaving the bag behind, Mitch sighing and taking off his seat belt. "That's our gear. You wake the kid, I'll get us a room for the night."

Rache had drifted off by the time they pulled up, only awakening at the sound of Mitch's voice. He nodded absently, pushing the door open and shifting around until he could reach Alexis, placing a hand on the boy's shoulder and shaking lightly.

"Oi, we're here." He announced in a hushed tone, knowing how annoying it was to be woken obnoxiously.

The motel was small, dank, but the rooms had what they needed, and the place was low profile. That was all that really mattered. After trying to rouse the kid, he backed out of the car and gently closed the door, scoping out the area and leaning back against the side of the vehicle. There was something in the back of his mind telling him.. He couldn't even figure out what it was. But it was nagging, almost in a foreboding way.

Sometimes he hated the capacity of his mind, picking up things on it's own and trying to make heads or tails of it while he was trying to forget or relax. But this... Maybe he was just tired.

Alexis woke, slowly and surely, eyes blinking out sleep as he slid from the backseat of the pick up,, stumbling a moment until he found his footing, leaning against the car door as he too scanned the area. Anything warm would be wonderful, heavenly, a god send as the lanky teen started to form goosebumps at the cold night's air, wrapping his arms around himself before a low whistle from the balcony of the hotel room and Mitch's smug grin waving them in.

It was small, two double beds with an ensuit off to the side, the huge duffle bag placed onto the bed Mitch claimed as his, frowning as the midget started to shake. "Manager said there isn't much hot water, so if anyone wants to share to get clean, then do so. I'm gonna just stitch myself up and wash from the sink."

Scoping out the room as he walked in, Rache considered the shower. He could always let Alexis have the hot water-- the kid looked like he needed it-- and do as Mitch was; wash from the sink. Actually, that was likely to be the best option. He wasn't bleeding everywhere, in fact it was mostly other people's blood that stained him, and it wouldn't take him much to clean up.

"You have the shower." He offered to the teenager with a warm smile, wandering over and slumping onto the bed that didn't have the bag on it. This place reminded him of home. Small, dank. Save there were less people in it.

It looked like it was going to be a quiet night from here on in.

Alexis didn't even thank anyone for letting him have the shower first, kicking his shoes off and racing for the bathroom, slamming the door shut and shedding his clothes quickly, turning the water on all the way and climbing in, shivering as he sank to the bottom of the tiny shower bay.

Mitch was right when he said there wasn't much hot water, the teen quickly shutting off the now icy cold water and climbing out of the shower once more, turning on the heat lamps to stay warm as he dried off, wrapping his hair up into the towel and stepping out of the bathroom, smiling in warm content before grabbing the spare blanket and pillow and curling up on the floor.

The blond's eyebrow rose at the sight, rising to take the bathroom next. "I won't be long."

Rache had managed to spread himself across the bed. He'd stayed awake for a good two minutes before the comfortable mattress below him coaxed him into sleep. He hadn't slept comfortably for, well, it had been a long while.

Not even the knock at the door woke him, the repetative banging almost a desperate, repetative sound. It was late, and the management had said they wouldn't be around until later the next morning. It brought up the question of who it was, and how they knew they were there.

The banging didn't stop, either, a disgruntled sound coming from behind the door when there was no answer, only causing whoever it was to bang harder. To make it better, it was only a few short moments later that the soft patter of rain began to fall upon the motel, coaxing yet another annoyed groan from whoever was behind the door.

Alexis didn't move a muscle at the frantic knocking at the door, splayed out on the floor and snoring lightly, a small pile of blankets on the ground. Mitch, on the other hand, crept out of the bathroom, grabbing a pistol and silencer from the duffle bag, attaching it to the barrel of the gun and stepping to the door.

"Who is it?" He growled over the frantic knocking, pulling the hammer back and pointing it through the wooden door as he undid the door as wide as the chain would allow.

A bruised, bloody hand hit the wood of the door as soon as the handle was turned, fingers curling against the surface, the rain starting to wash away the dried scarlet. From what could be seen between the door and the doorframe, short brown hair was sopping wet plastered to a dirty, pale forehead. Familiars eyes set in a familiar face, but what was really interesting was the round, shallow wound in the center of that forehead, very much in the same place that Jordan had been shot.

"It's cold out here." The person said, staring at Mitch through the small gap. There was no cheer in the expression, no happiness to be there. Just distress and dead seriousness that seemed to exude from the corpse standing at the door.

Mitch did nothing but stare, the chain straining against the hand holding the door open, the breath in his lungs leaving them. It couldn't be, it wasn't her, it shouldn't be her. Jordan died, she had no breath in her body, Rache checked her over... her brains were on the ground for god's sakes!

He didn't know what to do, stuck in place as he considered the options. Shut the door, wake Rache and get his opinion? Shut the door, start firing in case it was a trick or to open the door, and let the one he fell in love with from afar into the room?

With all the options in his head, he still didn't move, just stared.

It was obvious how much of a shock her being there was. She'd woken up in the Scriosta morgue, and that in itself was a disturbing occurance, but at least she wasn't standing there staring at a living, breathing corpse.

"Okay, so I have some explaining to do." Jordan admitted, though she didn't take her gaze from his. "Can you come outside?" She still wore the Scriosta uniform she'd stolen, crumpled and stiff with stale blood. "Feel free to keep the gun."

The other question that arose from her presence was; how did she know they were there, and how'd she get there so soon after they had? Hopefully she'd be able to explain everything in one go.

There was a shift in the giant's footing, indicating that he did hear her, and understood her as he shut the door, undoing the chain lock and opening it back up once more, gun pointed firmly at Jordan as he exited the motel room. Not the smartest move, holding a gun out in the open like he was, but there wasn't many other people around and he didn't care at this point.

Shutting the door, he swallowed thickly. "So, start explaining..."

Jordan backed up a step as he moved outside, eyes dropping to the barrel of the gun before lifting to his face again. Where did she start? It was obvious that she wasn't a normal soldier by far. But how did she convince him that this wasn't some low-blow attempt at infiltrating the Aufstand with a familiar face.

"It was an experiment." She started, shrugging slightly. Good a place as any to begin a mind blowing story. "One of those secret things that the scientests liked to play around with independantly." Sliding her hands into her pockets, the Soldier diverted her gaze down the row of room doors.

"It was sort of like the pills, except more playing with genetics inside the body rather than out." It sounded crazy even to her, and she'd agree with him one hundred percent if he didn't believe her. "Fortunately Mr Big-Shot scientist was mysteriously, and brutally, killed before Lynch was informed about the experiment, otherwise the Soldiers would only get back up once you'd taken them down." Much like she had.

Jordan lifted her gaze to Mitch's face again, checking his expression, wanting to know whether or not he believed her. She needed him to believe her.

"An experiment..." He repeated, listening to every word the corpse spoke, all the little details sinking in, taking a moment to digest it all. If she was telling the truth, then this was the most freaky thing in the history of his long line of freaky things he had every encountered. Also, if she was telling the truth, Rache would have been informed about it.

Looking over Jordan's form, she looked nearly brand new, nothing broken, her forehead pretty much healed, this was insane. But she would have had to have been telling the truth, or Alexis, when he was hurt, would have healed alot quicker then what he did, even though it was a little faster then normal Soldiers.

"You can come in, but you aren't to move until we work something out, got it?" He said finally, backing up to the door and turning the handle. he'd have to ask Rache, and then maybe punch the bastard in the head for letting him grieve for her. If he didn't know, then they would have to make a choice about what to do.

It was almost painful, not being trusted by a friend, but Jordan didn't say much on it, nodding and cautiously following him into the room, wary of the gun. Even with the phenomenon that had just occurred, being shot wasn't on her bucket list of things to do. And she wasn't even sure if she'd be able to survive it this time around.

"Never thought you'd be one to point a gun at me." The Soldier admitted quietly, as if an attempt at a joke to lighten the mood. But her expression didn't change, her eyes low on the ground.

Rache stirred on the bed, the sounds of the outside conversation finally being moved inside and disturbing his rest. It didn't take much for his eyes to open and the young leader to sit up groggily, rubbing at his eyes.

He was about to open his mouth and question what was going on, when the sight of the familiar face caught him off guard. That-- that was not possible. She was dead-- he'd checked her himself. Seen her brains splattered on the ground.

"Who is that and why the fuck do they look like Jordan?" He barked, standing from the bed rather quickly, his gaze shifting from the 'intruder' to Mitch, questioning why the giant would even consider bringing this person inside.

Sudden guilt raced through Mitch as 'Jordan' joked about the gun being pointed at her, the inside of his lip chewed to shit as he kept focus and barrel on the supposedly zombified soldier in front of him. It hurt to do it, but he had to, for Rache's sake, and he knew that if it was really her, she'd understand.

"I never thought I'd have to," He replied, his fearless leader waking and shouting about Jordan's sudden appearance from beyond the grave. "Experiments outside of the normal Soldier testing, but Lynch never knew because of someone killing the man before Scriosta found out about them. You didn't know about this then by the sounds of it, so we have a bit of a problem..." Mitch huffed, glancing from Rache to Jordan.

"She's telling the truth or else Lynch would have had an army and the world would have been taken over by now," Mitch said, not lowering the gun, but voicing his thoughts. "That being said, how many others are like you, Jordan?"

"That had survived?" Jordan questioned, not taking her eyes off of Rache. "There were six others. Seven including myself." Disbelief scoured over the young leader's features, but Mitch's explanation did make sense. If Lynch had been aware of this experiment, and had access to this technology, there was no doubt that he'd be running the world right about that moment.

"I made a rather strong effort to neutralise the others." The Soldier shifted her eyes to Mitch, hoping that this made sense.

Rache, shaking his head, sat back on the edge of the bed with his hand clasped over his mouth. None of this made sense, yet it all did at the same time. It was logic versus belief and some other source of understanding that he couldn't quite decide on.

"So you're the last one then? And Lynch still doesn't know." He reiterated, glancing from Jordan to Mitch. He seemed to have calmed down slightly, but the distrust was still there. He still didn't believe that this person was Jordan. "We can't trust you, you realise." He stated bluntly, standing once more. "Not until we know you're not under the Obedience."

"Fine." Jordan retorted flatly. "But right now, I want to fucking sleep."

This was insane, and yet either very helpful to them, or very deadly to them. If Jordan could really survive a bullet to the head, the possiblities that they could try and... no, no Jordan tried to kill everyone else that could regenerate and Mitch honestly wouldn't have blamed her for doing so. He probably done the same.

"I have a few more questions before you sleep," The blond said, handing the gun to Rache before standing, moving to scoop up the mess of blankets on the floor containing the form of Alexis, gently shaking him out onto the bed Rache was going to take and handing the blankets to Jordan, earning a small growl from the lanky teen.

"How did you get here so fast, and how did you know where to find us? Cause if you could find us, they possibly could too."

Taking the gun, Rache nodded in agreement to the question; it was rather suspicious how she'd found them so fast.

Taking the blankets, Jordan played with the material in her hands, fidgeting.
"The vehicle you stole had a tracker, it wasn't hard to find that. The only real problem was following you here." She replied, shrugging. "I managed to hack a few security cameras-- by the way, you're not going to want to stay here long-- you weren't very inconspicuous in snatching the pickup, Mitch." Stifling a yawn with the back of her hand, the brunette rubbed at her eyes.

"Got a nice car out of it though." The Soldier gestured vaguely out the door. "I pretty much just drove until I found the pickup. You must have stopped or something, considering how fast I managed to catch up." Yes, she was fast, and driving a rather flashy V8, but even Jordan wouldn't have been able to catch up so quickly otherwise.

"Can I sleep now?"

He figured about the tracker, but stealing the pick up, he didn't think that the old gas station would have cameras, but at that point, he didn't really care, just needed to get his group as far away as he could. Rubbing his blond head, he sighed and took the gun from Rache, sitting up on his bed. "Okay, I'll take first watch, the rest of you should sleep. Then we will head out, first light."

He needed Rache to rest so he could drive, unless Alexis could drive, but he wasn't aware that the midget could, so he left it up to Rache. Someone needed to keep an eye on Jordan, as much as he hated it. All Mitch needed was just the one defining bit of proof so he could just leave her be.

"Huh." Jordan mumbled, lifting a hand to rub her knuckles at the wound on her forehead. "Guess one good thing about being suspect is you're not trusted to take watch." Casting her gaze down, she moved over to the corner of the room, furthest away from any of the three others, and slid down against the wall, wrapping herself up in the blankets and pulling her knees up, burying her face into the bunched up material.

Rache watched Jordan closely, almost as if he didn't trust Mitch to do what he had to if she turned on them, but he eventually slipped his gaze over to the blond giant, giving him a thoughtful look. But he didn't say anything on the subject.

"You'll sleep on the road, yes?" He questioned, glancing toward Alexis on the bed before standing and shifting to the free bed, hesitating before slumping down onto the mattress. It'd been a long day, his mind was still reeling over this Jordan thing, and he couldn't quite let himself relax completely because of it. He only hoped this all blew over, that she was telling the truth, and that everything would go back to normal when they returned to the facility.

Mitch knew that Rache didn't trust him about as far as he could be thrown right now as he offered to take up first watch, and he could understand why too. His ability to see things from everyone else's point of view was annoying sometimes, but it kept from making stupid choices. He believed Jordan, he really did. About her being experimented on, cause really, who out of the group wasn't? And it wasn't like her coming back from the dead was a bad thing. He didn't really loose the one he fell for after all.

He sat there, all night, gun in hand, sleeping midget next to him, thinking until the sun started to crest over the tree lines. That's when he got up, made sure there was no trace of them being there and started to wake the others, shaking Rache awake first gently. "Come on Sleeping Beauty. Go get freshened up and I'll wake the others."

Moving over to Jordan, he poked the figure in the blankets against the wall, leaning down to whisper in her ear. "I believe you, I trust you, but I have to know for sure. Please don't hate me."

It took a little bit for Rache to actually acknowledge that Mitch was there, trying to wake him, but eventually he grunted, furrowing his brow and rolling over to the edge of the bed. His feet touched the ground before he opened his eyes, and he waved his hand absently in Mitch's direction, running his free hand down his face with a yawn. Wandering into the bathroom, he closed the door and went straight to the sink, mostly worrying about waking himself up than getting clean.

Jordan didn't shift at the poke, nor at the whispering in her ear. But when Mitch was finished, she stood, brushing him away and picking up the blankets.
"You should be more worried about me trying to kill you all, rather than whether or not I hate you." She replied bluntly, stepping past him and dumping the blankets on the bed, only to pick one up and start folding it.

"Oh, and you made a rather bad mistake. You forgot to check that I didn't have any weapons." She added, as if an after thought, reaching into the inside of her jacket and retrieving a gun, shifting her grip on it so she was holding the handle out to him, her fingers around the barrel. Her eyes didn't meet his, in fact they stayed on the gun in her hand. Surely, if she were going to kill them all, she would have done it already.

"I'd hide that before Rache comes back out," Mitch said half heartedly, staring at the gun in Jordan's hands. He knew, it wasn't Jordan without a weapon hidden somewhere on her persons, but then again, she didn't need it to start with. If she was going to kill them, she would have done it the moment he opened the door.

"If not, I'd start shooting right now," He added, shrugging his shoulders as he turned to view Alexis, still sleeping. That kid was so tired, and it didn't seem like a natural tired either that you got from adrenaline or a fright. All their wounds would be checked over the moment they got to a more stable place to sit and think.

That's what they had been wanting for ages, just time to think.

His own gun in hand, he moved to the midget to wake him up.

Lifting her gaze to Mitch as he turned away, Jordan frowned, but still put the weapon away, returning to folding the blankets silently. If Rache knew she had the gun, it would probably be Mitch that got his ass kicked for being so careless.

A few minutes passed before Rache left the bathroom, looking slightly more awake than he had previously. Of course, appearances could be deceiving, but that wasn't exactly important.

"Not awake yet?" He asked, noticing that Alexis was still asleep. His gaze slipped over to Jordan, as if to just... Check what she was doing, that she wasn't rigging some sort of bomb over there in the blankets-- he felt so stupid, so paranoid, but.. With what had happened, who could blame him?

"Just pick him up and put him in the car." He suggested, walking over and grabbing the bag full of their stuff, hitching it onto his shoulder and moving for the door. He didn't trust Jordan, and he couldn't quite trust Mitch, but they were all still alive-- and that had to count for something, right?
